These terms cover the free website build and the monthly care plans offered by Osi Web Studio to businesses in Saint Lucia. By applying, you agree to them.
The free build
We build your website at no charge. There is no design fee and no build fee. The build is offered on the condition that you take one of our monthly care plans, which is how we cover our costs.
We accept a limited number of businesses each month. We may decline an application, and we do not have to give a reason.
What a build includes
- A professionally designed website using our templates, customised for your business.
- Your content — photos, text, prices — added to the site.
- Setup for mobile, speed, security and search engines.
- Your Google Business Profile set up or claimed.
The free build does not include complex custom software, e-commerce checkout beyond what your plan states, or design work outside the agreed scope. We will quote separately for anything like that, and you are free to say no.
What we need from you
We cannot build a website without your material. If we do not receive your photos, prices and business details within 30 days of accepting your application, we may release your slot to another business.
Care plans and payment
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance, in Eastern Caribbean dollars, unless you choose to pay for a year.
- Your plan covers hosting, your domain, security, backups, maintenance and the number of edits stated in your plan.
- If payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the website until the account is settled.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. There is no contract and no lock-in. Your final month is not refunded, but you keep your website and your domain — we will transfer them to you or to another provider on request.
Ownership
You own your domain, your content and your website. We keep ownership of any templates or underlying tools we use across all our clients.
What we do not promise
We will build you a professional website and set it up properly for search engines. We cannot promise a specific position on Google, a specific number of visitors, or a specific number of bookings or sales. Anyone who promises you that is not being honest with you.
Uptime and things going wrong
We take backups daily and we keep your site secure and updated. Websites still occasionally go down for reasons outside our control, such as a hosting provider outage or a storm. We will get you back online as fast as we can, but we are not liable for business losses while a site is unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
