This policy explains what information Osi Web Studio collects when you use osiwebstudio.com or contact us about a website for your St. Lucian business, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Osi Web Studio is a web design and website care studio based in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia. You can reach us at hello@osiwebstudio.com or 758 725 8973.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and anything you tell us about your business when you apply, call, message or email us.
- Client material. If we build your website, the photos, prices, text and business details you send us so we can put them on your site.
- Basic site data. Standard information your browser sends, such as which pages were viewed. We do not use this to identify you personally.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry and decide whether we can help your business.
- Build, host and maintain your website if you become a client.
- Send you invoices, reports and messages about your care plan.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Our mailing list
Our application form has an optional tick box asking whether you would like occasional tips on getting your business found on Google. It is unticked by default. If you leave it unticked, we will never add you to a mailing list — we will only contact you about your enquiry.
If you do tick it, we may email you occasionally with advice, offers and news from Osi Web Studio. Every one of those emails will have a way to unsubscribe, and you can also just reply and tell us to stop, or message us on WhatsApp. We will remove you the same day.
Giving us your email address is optional. You can apply for a website, become a client, and never give us an email address at all.
Who else sees it
To run your website we use third-party suppliers, such as a web hosting provider, a domain registrar and Google (for your Google Business Profile). They only receive what they need to provide their service, and they have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to answer you and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@osiwebstudio.com and we will deal with it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If we add website analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
